The Scottish Handball Association was registered as a Private Limited Company SC308536 on the 13th of September 2006. 

As a Private Limited Company by guarantee without share capital use of 'Limited' exemption, The Scottish Handball Association operate under The Companies Acts 1985 through our Articles of Association.

The Directors of the Scottish Handball Association may establish rules and bye-laws governing matters relating to company administration and the sport that are required for the effective operation of the company.
